Did you know that starting July 23, you can publish a LinkedIn post with up to four additional co-authors?

As of July 23, 2026, LinkedIn has made collaborative posts available to everyone—a feature that allows you to publish content together with other people or company Pages. Up to five co-authors can be listed on the same post, and each one automatically shares it with their own network of contacts.

Here’s how it works: when you write a post, you’ll find the “Add collaborators” option in the publishing box. Invited people receive a notification and must accept before appearing as co-authors. Only the person who created the post can edit it or change who appears on it.

For your company, this opens up an interesting way to expand the reach of B2B content without spending extra money: simply involve a partner, a satisfied customer, or a colleague from another company in the same post. However, there’s one limitation to keep in mind: if you add a Company Page as a collaborator, that Page won’t receive the post’s engagement metrics—only personal accounts will see them. Before enabling this feature, it’s therefore best to agree on who is actually publishing the content.

Our team can help you incorporate collaborative posts into your B2B LinkedIn strategy, working with you to choose the right partners to share content with and expand your audience.
